the location of the courtyard is fantastic, right off the highway. it made getting around super easy. the night manager was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to assist me. plus, many guests appreciated the easy access for their furry friends, though an area for dogs to run would be great.
totally recommend

Facilities are decent, and the room decor is quite inviting, but the hallways smelled unpleasant, and I was disappointed about the missing fitness center. Staff were friendly enough, yet I found the lack of breakfast options a bit misleading. Overall, a mixed experience here.

missingWrote a review on Aug 08cozy atmosphererelaxing poolfree wi-fidated hallways
I loved how cozy my stay was, especially enjoying a relaxing drink in the evening foyer and the free Wi-Fi made working from my room a breeze. The indoor pool and fitness center were super convenient for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the hallways could use a little sprucing up, but overall, it was a great place to stay! 😊

The staff were incredibly hospitable, and we really enjoyed the comfortable beds after traveling. It was nice that they had a variety of board games for the kids. we played a few during our downtime.
My kids wished the hotel had a pool for them to enjoy.

The bathroom was clean, but the parking fee caught me off guard.

missingWrote a review on Jun 21clean roomconvenient locationguest gamespoor check-inroom mix-up
The location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions. While the room was clean, the check-in experience was frustrating as they initially gave away my reserved room. However, the staff did eventually find a suitable alternative. The hotel offered decent amenities like games for guests, which added a nice touch to our stay.

Our group vacation here was awesome! We visited a local shopping mall and had some fun at a nearby waffle house. The breakfast was decent and there’s a nice relaxing atmosphere in the lobby at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the experience.
However, there was one downside, while the front desk was great, the public restrooms near the lobby needed better upkeep—they were messy during our stay.

The team here really went above and beyond for the eclipse event, providing a burger and brat spread that was just fantastic. The fitness center? Best I've ever seen at a hotel. I could’ve spent hours in there just pumping iron.

Clean and convenient, but watch out for unexpected pet fees.

missingWrote a review on Mar 19friendly stafftasty foodpet inconveniencesurprise chargelocation issue
The staff at this hotel truly sets it apart, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that made the stay enjoyable. Although the location is conveniently near major restaurants and shopping, there was a lack of designated areas for pets outside, which was disappointing. Additionally, unexpected charges for bringing a pet added frustration to the experience. The food at the Bistro, including delicious scones, was a highlight of the stay, making it a memorable visit despite some issues.
